Question 1: Do you make use of any tools/platforms to help you organize your event and abstract submission process?

Question 2: What tools or platforms are you using or have you used in the past?

Question 3: Please describe for each tool/platform what you liked and disliked about it

Question 4: For each tool/platform please rate it on a scale 1 to 10, 1 being the worst and 10 being the best.

Question 5: Would you be interested in using a tool build/bought by CEAS, even if this would mean that you would need to learn how to use a new tool?

Question 6: Which features are necessary to be included in this tool in order for you to consider using it for your event?

Question 8: How much would your event ideally spend on this tool? (you can give estimates of per year, per event, one time payment)

Question 9: Describe the workflow you expect after abstract submission by an attendee. (example: submission > submission assigned to reviewer > reviewer accepts or rejects with comments > revision by author > acceptance as paper). Please be as elaborate as possible about which options you need in each step to make it as success.

Question 10: If you could improve one thing in your current abstract submission process or event tool, what would it be?

Question 11: CEAS is considering an approach where they provide the tool either unmanaged (you manage the tool yourself with the help of online tutorials) or managed (work and support done via CEAS) so as provide the tool at two cost-effective prices. Would this be interesting for you and which option would you be interested in?
