The Scientific Committee shall consist of members from various nations around the globe and assist the HiSST Technical Committee in assuring quality and attractiveness of HiSST related matters.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elected members of the HiSST-SC commit themselves to the following points: \u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Support the HiSST-TC members by representatives of various entities within their region.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote HiSST events (LinkedIn, email signature\u2026.), stimulation of abstract submission<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide suggestions for key-note speakers and\/or lecture topics, items for workshops\u2026<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Commit acting as Session Chair for HiSST events.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the review process of articles for the HiSST Special Issue of the CEAS Space Journal<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Members\u2019 criteria:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Established experience in at least in one of the topics covered by HiSST<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Employed at an aerospace industry, a research entity or a university covering one or more topics covered by HiSST<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Motivated to promote HiSST within their network and to participate in HiSST events or participated to past HiSST events<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Acting as a HiSST ambassador<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Topics in aerospace fi<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>elds covered by HiSST<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">high-speed missions<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">high-speed flight vehicles<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">high-speed propulsion<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aero-thermo-dynamics<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">thermal and energy management<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">materials and structures<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">testing and validation<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">operation and environment<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color:
